QUALIMS - Maintenance

We have a customer service department. We have a team made up of customer service managers who are the point of contact for customers. We also have a technical team providing all maintenance on our products, both product enhancement and corrective maintenance. They are available to help and guide you through any problems you may encounter.

Hotline

Our hotline service was set up to answer user queries as well as requests for corrections and improvements. Please make a note of the number now : +33(0)1 75 43 86 60 ! N.B. you must have a maintenance contract to have access to this service.

Qolibri System

As part of our quality assurance procedure, the QUALIMS team uses an application developed by MANTIS to ensure the traceability of requests for enhancements and / or corrections to our software. We call this application Qolibri.

User Club

The User Club is open to customers with a maintenance contract. It provides the following advantages :
  • Access to more documents and information
  • An annual meeting when users can share their experiences and QUALIMS communicates about future developments
  • Workshops are organised throughout the year so that our customers can play a part in the development of our applications. The annual User Club Day can also be attended by customers who do not yet have a maintenance contract but meals will be at their own expense.
