What training do users need ?

Users need at least one training course to familiarise them with the software. If they are simply changing version, they do not necessarily need further training. Training can last from 1 to 3 days, depending on the software module. It is carried out at the customer plant for a maximum of 6 people at a time.

How long does it take to get the software ?

On average it takes 1 to 2 months, depending on the needs of your company. Then installing it usually takes no more than a day. If you have an Oracle environment, special configuration will be needed so installation may take a bit longer for certain applications.

What environment can your software work in ?

QUALIMS software works with Hyperfile, MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle databases. It is compatible with Windows Serveur, Citrix and VMWare application servers.

What regulations and standards does QUALIMS software cover ?
Our software enables you to comply with :
  • French, European and North American pharmaceutical regulations in force, notably 21 CFR Part 11
  • ISO 17 025 standard
  • Good manufacturing pratices for cosmetics
What do I get when I take out a maintenance contract ?

By taking out a maintenance contract, you get access to the Hotline available from Monday to Friday, minor updates and correction patches. You also become a member of the User Club.

Is QUALIMS software available in any other language ?

Yes, over the past two years we have accelerated the translation process of our modules. They are currently available in English and French.

I am a QUALIMS customer but I have forgotten my login details for the User Club: what should I do ?

You can phone us (+33 (0)1 75 43 86 66), or send an e-mail to the webmaster. After checking that you have a valid maintenance contract, we will communicate your login details to you, or create new ones with you if need be.
